1. Overview

At Rajan Bookings, we aim to ensure transparency and fairness in all our financial dealings. This Refund Policy works in conjunction with our Cancellation Policy to dictate how and when refunds are processed.

2. Refund Eligibility & Timelines

Refunds are strictly calculated based on the cancellation timelines detailed in our Cancellation Policy. Once a cancellation request is approved, the standard timeline for processing the refund on our end is 5-7 business days.

3. Payment Method-Wise Processing Times

After Rajan Bookings processes the refund, the time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Net Banking/Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days.
  • UPI/Digital Wallets (Google Pay, Paytm, etc.): 24-48 hours.
  • International Transfers: 10-15 business days.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, you must first formally cancel your booking.
1. Email us at support@rajanbookings.com with your Booking ID and reason for cancellation.
2. Our support team will acknowledge the request within 24 hours.
3. We will calculate the eligible refund amount and send you a credit note/refund statement.
4. Upon your confirmation, the refund will be initiated to the original source of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain components of your booking are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Visa processing fees and VFS charges.
  • Travel insurance premiums.
  • Convenience fees or payment gateway charges.
  • Special non-refundable promotional flight tickets or hotel rates.
  • No-shows (failure to arrive for your flight or tour).

6. Partial Refunds

If you cut short your trip or do not utilize certain services (like meals, excursions, or transfers) included in your package, no partial refunds will be provided for those unutilized services.
